Delivery Overview
At ElixR, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality juices to your doorstep. Our delivery service operates primarily in Hyderabad and surrounding areas. We use refrigerated vehicles to ensure your juices arrive fresh and safe for consumption.
Delivery Areas
Primary Service Area
We currently deliver to select areas in Hyderabad, Telangana. During checkout, you can enter your pincode to check if we service your area.
Service Expansion
We're continuously expanding our delivery network. If your area is not currently serviced, please contact us to be notified when we begin deliveries to your location.
Remote Areas
Delivery to remote or rural areas may incur additional charges and may take longer than our standard delivery times. We'll inform you of any additional costs during checkout.

No delivery charges for orders ₹299 and above. Simply add more items to your cart to qualify.
Standard Delivery Charges

- Remote areas: Additional ₹25-₹50 (confirmed during checkout)
- Express delivery: Additional ₹30 (same-day delivery)
- Rescheduled deliveries: ₹25 per reschedule after first free reschedule

6:00 PM - Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed for next-day delivery
Delivery Window
24 hours - Most deliveries completed within 24 hours of order placement
Express Delivery
Same-Day Delivery
Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM
Additional ₹30 charge. Subject to availability and location.
Subscription Deliveries
Subscription deliveries follow your chosen schedule (weekly/monthly). You can modify delivery days and pause deliveries anytime through your account dashboard.
Delivery Attempts
We make up to 2 delivery attempts. If you're unavailable, we'll contact you to reschedule. Additional attempts may incur rescheduling fees.
Order Processing
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 hours during business hours (9 AM - 9 PM). Fresh juices are prepared and packaged immediately before delivery to ensure maximum freshness.
Quality Assurance
All juices undergo quality checks before dispatch. Our refrigerated delivery system maintains optimal temperatures throughout transit.
Order Tracking
You'll receive SMS and WhatsApp updates with tracking information once your order is out for delivery.
Delivery Restrictions
Minimum Order Value
There is no minimum order value for delivery. However, delivery charges apply to orders below ₹299.
Perishable Items
Our products are perishable and should be consumed within 24-48 hours of delivery. We cannot deliver to areas without proper refrigeration access.
Weather Conditions
In extreme weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled for safety reasons. We'll notify you in advance of any changes.
Access Requirements
Delivery personnel must have safe and easy access to your delivery location. Additional charges may apply for difficult-to-access locations.
