At ElixR, we strive to provide the best possible service. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you can cancel your subscription or request a refund. We want to ensure transparency and fairness in all our dealings with you.
Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, by contacting our customer support team, or by using the pause/cancel options in our mobile app. Cancellations can be made via:

Cancellation Timeline
Cancellations must be made before 6:00 PM on the day before your next scheduled delivery. Cancellations made after this time will not affect the upcoming delivery.
Subscription Pause vs. Cancellation
You can choose to pause your subscription for 1-4 weeks instead of cancelling completely. Paused subscriptions can be reactivated within 3 months without losing your preferences or account history.
Refund Policy
Subscription Refunds
Due to the prepaid nature of our subscription service, refunds are processed as follows:
- Mid-cycle cancellations: No refund for the remaining period of the current billing cycle
- Failed payments: Full refund processed within 5-7 business days
- Service interruptions: Pro-rated refund for the period of interruption
One-time Purchase Refunds
For individual juice purchases or gift subscriptions:
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after approval
Quality Issues and Returns
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or incorrect order, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement delivery at no additional cost or process a full refund.
Quality Complaints
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with the taste, freshness, or quality of your juices, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Delivery Issues
If your order is significantly delayed (more than 4 hours past the delivery window) or if delivery is missed entirely due to our error, you will receive a full refund or credit towards your next order.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative for faster resolution.
